The Nigerian Medical Association (NMA) don suspend the strike wey dem be wan start tomorrow, January 6, 2014 after the emergency meeting of the National Executive Council for Abuja yesterday, to chuuk head for their matter.

According to statement wey the President of the association , Dr Osahon Enabuele sign, dem direct all medical and dental practisioners for we obodo naija to continue their work.

Infact part of the reason wey dem suspend the strike na because of some agreement wey Federal Government and the NMA arrive at, like to make sure sey all the bad bad things wey Doctors them dey face, FG go correct am, to establish Hospital Development and Intervention Fund (HDIF) for health infrastructural upgrade, to appointment Surgeon-General of the Federation, and expand Universal Health Coverage.
